We are corrently using a home made registration software in ou entreprise, and we may eventually more to EE.

There are features that are important to us:

– In the administration: is it possible to allow an administrator to view only the people who registerd to his events (and not allow him to see the people who registered to the event of another administrator) ?

– Is it possible to alloz an administrator to see and admin only his own events ? and registrations ?

– Is it possible to allow a user to pre-register for an event, when the registration date has not began yet ?

Thanks a lot !!

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.

– In the administration: is it possible to allow an administrator to view only the people who registerd to his events (and not allow him to see the people who registered to the event of another administrator) ?
– Is it possible to alloz an administrator to see and admin only his own events ? and registrations ?

Both of these are covered by the Roles and Permissions Pro addon (Roles and Permissions Basic is required).

This addon creates a role called and Event Manager. This role can only access the events and attendees for events they themselves have created. Apart from the Event Manager, only site Admins would have access to the events that the Event Manager creates.

– Is it possible to allow a user to pre-register for an event, when the registration date has not began yet ?

While we do have a pre-approval system, we do not have a pre-registration system.

Thanks for you kind answer !

If I want to have “Roles and Permissions Pro addon”, I must use EE3.
But there is a functionnality in EE4 that I need too : “Multiple Dates and Times Per Event” (I understood it does not work in EE3 ?).

What do you think ?

Thanks !!

Henri

Hi Henri,

Event Espresso 4 does support multiple datetimes & tickets:

https://eventespresso.com/features/multiple-dates-times-per-event/

Also, if you pickup an Event Espresso 3 license, you’ll also gain access to Event Espresso 4.

I’m sorry I don’t understant… I could use EE3 and EE4 together ???

My pb is that I need functionnalities that are in the core of EE4 (multiple datetime) and in the plugins of EE3 (Roles and Permissions)…

Is there a way to match all that together ?

Thanks !!

Hi Henri!

Unfortunately, you cannot use both platforms at the same time. You would need to choose the option that will work best for your project.
