We are not getting the answers to the questions that customers fill out online. How do I update that so that all submissions for each class registration are sent to info@dogtrainersworkshop.com?
Are you receiving any type of confirmation email from the registrants? The answers to the questions should be included on that email.
If you are not receiving an email, go to General Settings, Email Settings and make sure you have selected “yes” to the questions “Send payment confirmation emails?” and “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?”
