I see that you shared that you were able to resolve this issue. I’m sharing feedback for other members that may have this question.
A question group organizes a set of questions.
For example, the personal question group includes basic contact information such as a name and email address. The address question group includes questions related to an address.
If you have created a new question, then you’ll want to assign it to a custom question group through the question group editor and save changes. Then ensure that the custom question group is enabled for a specific event through the event editor.
Please note that your version of Event Espresso is out of date and may not be compatible with a current version of WordPress.
