Hi guys, please help. I am pulling my hair out not being able to figure out what to do.
I need two question groups on my event, however I have created them but then some of the questions don’t show up within the event.

What am I doing wrong?
Child information is correct however the email field should not be there.
The parent information has loads of fields missing.

Hi Marc,
At a guess I would say you have edited the Personal Information question group?
The email field is required for the plugin to function. It cannot be removed.
Its hard to say what you are doing wrong without being able ot see the questions/question groups.
Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?
If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,
What is happening here is that you are using the same questions within the the two groups, as such it is seeing the that they are the same and not displaying one of them (eg, first name is being used in the PErsonal Info (renamed to Child) group but it is also being used in the parent group so it ignores it the second time round.
As such you would be best to create additional questions with slightly different titles, such as Parent First Name.
Generally it is also advisable for clarity sake, to not edit the Personal Info and Address question groups but create new ones to supplement them.
