We recently purchased Event Espresso 4 core plugin and also purchased 2 add-in plugins, Events Calendar & Events Grid View. Unfortunately, we chose the Events Grid View in error and would need the Events Table View Template instead.
Thank you for the reply, I’ve went through this page already, which has led us create a support post for this inquiry. We’ve previously use to send support emails, but we no longer see this option.
How could we look into switching the add-ons on our account, Would we have to speak to someone?
If you select ‘I have a billing or account question’ and provide the requested details a member of the sales team will contact you to work through this.
