Purchased incorrect add-on, but could we switch to a different plugin?

Hi,

We recently purchased Event Espresso 4 core plugin and also purchased 2 add-in plugins, Events Calendar & Events Grid View. Unfortunately, we chose the Events Grid View in error and would need the Events Table View Template instead.

Is there a way we could switch these add-ons?

Hi Lorenzo,

Thank you for the reply, I’ve went through this page already, which has led us create a support post for this inquiry. We’ve previously use to send support emails, but we no longer see this option.

How could we look into switching the add-ons on our account, Would we have to speak to someone?

Hi Damion,

If you select ‘I have a billing or account question’ and provide the requested details a member of the sales team will contact you to work through this.

We can not work through account related questions on the forums 🙂
