I have three issues on this page, and I would assume it is all Cache related but I don’t have any cache plugins and my WP Super Cache on my hosting is turned off. I can’t complete a purchase on this page, I either receive a security warning or a grey transparent overlay appears and then nothing happens. I also have the first course saying Sold Out and it has no sales yet. https://aim.institute/molders-series/ Courses for purchase are at the bottom of the page. |
Hi Jason, We’ve received your request for priority support. The first course saying “Sold Out”, but with no sales appears to have been accidentally switched to the Sold Out post status. I’ve re-published the event and it’s no longer sold out. The “An error has occurred: |

Hi Josh, Yes, we have modified the EE4 but I am not sure if we did it to the main plugin folder or outside of it. So I woudln’t change it. Also this works on every other page but this one, so I don’t think it is the plugin. I have also duplicated this page, removed all content but the courses and it works: https://aim.institute/molders-series-2/ so I think something else is going on. |
Actually, the ticket selector works as expected here: https://aim.institute/events/molding-1-3/ So it’s more than likely the custom table template is missing the inputs normally generated with the ticket selector. Did a developer build that table template? It appears they did not complete the job so tickets part can actually function. |

You don’t actually switch anything, you click the Publish button. |

This is getting worse, now the other pages are giving this error when going to the register page after clicking the purchase button: An error has occurred: |
May I ask is someone continuing to make more customizations as this is getting worse? I can advise updating Event Espresso 4 and its add-ons to the current versions. The errors you are reporting here have been addressed since version 4.9.33.p. |

No, no one is updating it. This has been a working site for a couple years now. These issues just started. |
Like I mentioned before, the errors you are reporting here have been addressed since version 4.9.33.p. There has been much work put into Event Espresso 4 since version 4.9.33.p to make it work more reliably and quite a few edge case bugs have been fixed in the last 30 + releases. If you cannot update to the current version at this time, there’s one patch I can try adding that may address the missing modal when the grey transparent overlay appears and nothing else. Ideally the site should be updated to the current version of the software though. |

You’ll likely need to temporarily disable the “WP Hide Plugin Updates and Warnings” plugin in order to run the 1-click plugin updates. |

To update what? Thanks |
|
It is disabled. Feel free to update, if I need too I can always restore from by backups |
I’m afraid the 30 minutes of priority support has been exhausted. Are you able to run the 1-click updates? |

|
yes, what one? |
These are the Event Espresso related plugins on your site that have updates available: Event Espresso |
