When a person purchases mutiple tickets to an event, is there a way they can pay and then add the details of the attendees progressively at a later date
Also, can we automate a system to issue a message various points of time to prompt them to add remaining attendees?
As an example, they select 4 tickets but don’t have the full details of the attendee at time of purchase, so they have 4 “credits” available. The next day they complete the details of an attendee, and now have 3 left. A few days later we want to prompt them to add details of remaining 3 attendees ” You have 3 spots left…” And so on?
We use InfusionSoft and have a system like this set up in there for some sales items and it works well, so maybe there is a way to integrate this between EE and Infusionsoft.
In short, Event Espresso does not have this functionality in the way you are requesting above.
The user can select say 4 tickets and provide dummy registration data for each of those and then come back later and edit those details using a link within the emails but there’s nothing within EE that will allow ‘slot allocation’ mentioned above.
We could do that.
The issue is when registering for an event (course) that has online content, such as LearnDash course. The system will set up a user account to grant access using the email(s) recorded. If they use dummy emails, then that would create probs. 🙁
Yeah, unfortunately, that isn’t going to work and I can’t think of a way around that to do what you need.
Even if you disable the functionality within EE that creates users, LearnDash then create the users themselves anyway.
