We have purchased E4, updated the plugin and entered the support license key. When I access add ons, and click into promotions, I get a message that says I already have access, but the promotions feature is not in the options menu. How can I get this to show up?

Hi Steven,
Sounds like you need to install the Promotions plugin on your website. Can you or does someone on your team go to your account page, download the promotions plugin, and install it on to your website?

When I visit that page, it says “You have access to this already. Access is renewed with Support License renewal.”
What step am I missing to get it installed?

You go to your account page and download the promotions plugin:

Then you follow these instructions to install the add-on:
