May I ask what you mean by an active and enabled promotion?
The promotion section will only show if there is an applicable promotion on one of the events in the current session so as long as your promotion either has no dates set, or if it does have dates and the current date/time is ‘valid’ for those AND the promotion is either a global promotion or it is selected on the specific event in the cart.
Can you add a screenshot of your edit promotion screen for the promo in question, please?
Only global promotions apply to all events, anything else needs the promotion to be applied to the item (which right now is events).
