I have a promotional code that I want to apply to all the tickets in my event. The problem is I can find where to make it for all the tickets selected.
For example, I purchasre two tickets (same ticket – one for me and the other for a friend) I have a voucher code(£100 off per ticket) so should get £200 off my total price. Does the system allow for this and I have simply missed where to do this or the system cant do this?
Thanks in advance.
Andrea

I am fine with it working per event as my event only has one ticket but does it work per quantity?
Discount £100
Purchase 3 tickets for the same event
Total Discount £300
Currently £100 discount is applied to the sale and not £300.

No, because you still have 1 event with multiple tickets and the promotion applies to the event, not the tickets within the event.

Correct, because its £100 off the event, not £100 per ticket in this event. You can think of the promotion applying to the total amount for that event, regardless of qty.
In order to do what you are requesting the promotion needs to apply to the ticket itself rather than the event or you use a percentage discount.
