Hi,
I’ve just added some events but the Global and specific promo codes are no longer showing the option to tick a box to select. The tick boxes are present on other events but not the new ones, I’ve checked the events settings and they are identical.
Please can you help?

Hi Andrew, are you experiencing this issue with an up to date version of Event Espresso 3?

Could you please check your version number by going to your WP dashboard and then plugins?
The current version at this time is 3.1.37.4.

Hi Andrew,
Can you temporarily disable all other plugins except EE and the promo code addon and try creating a new event and see if the issues persists please?

Hi Dean, traced it to the Espresso Permissions plugin. With that disabled everything is functioning as before.
As soon as the promo code plugin is in full release we will update to EE4. We can probably live without the permission plugin if we have to. I suspect adding a new user with admin roles has caused this to happen.

Sorry for the trouble. Are you running the latest version of all EE add-ons? I will test this and submit a ticket to our developers if I can recreate.
