Hello,
I have included a promo code for my ticket and the box for adding the code shows up and allows the code to be entered. However, it does not update the total. No discount is applied. Please advise. I am using EE3.

Hi Gary,
What version of Event Espresso are you running for your project?
You can get the version number through your WordPress plugins screen in your WordPress dashboard.
Could you share a screenshot of the settings for the promotion code that is not working?

Hi Gary,
Thanks for the detailed screenshots. I can see what’s happening, and the issue is there’s a bug with that MER add-on and how it interacts with the promo code functions. I can apply a fix to your server since you probably need the fix right away (the bug will be fixed in the next update of Event Espresso 3).
You can complete the secure form on this page and we’ll apply the fix.
