promo code missing label again

I posted this issue several weeks back and solved it with a ‘save’ on the settings page and some css code. It has disappeared again and I’ve tried the same process with no change.

Essentially… my website is missing the label that tells the user where to put the promo code and submit it.

Disregard, I was saving the wrong settings.
