Hi,
The promo code on my site just stopped working. http://yellowjacketvolleyballcamp.com
I can send you a test promo code if that helps. It was working fine, but now it doesn’t. I have the latest version of EE4 and the latest version of the Promo Code plugin installed. As well as the latest version of WordPress.

Yes a test promotion code will be helpful, or the promotion code that currently is not working would be better.

Hi,
There’s an event called Elite Overnight Camp. The code is ELITE22. When I put it in the promo code box it just refreshes the page, but the discount isn’t shown. Thanks for your help

Usually when a promo code submission just refreshes the page, then that’s an indication there’s an issue with the AJAX process on that page, which usually is the result of a plugin/theme conflict.
You can rule out a plugin or theme conflict is by installing the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso and the Promotions add-on only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?
