Hey Guys! I want to make sure I’m doing this in the most efficient way…transfers! Can you outline a suggested process on how to handle when a ticket which is either purchased individually or in a group is requested to be transferred to someone else?
I’m not sure how you are currently doing this. There isn’t an ideal way to “transfer a ticket” to another person. If the same email address is used for all registrants within a group and you change the name in the contact details for a registrant, all registration information for that contact will be changed for all tickets. Does that make sense?
So, deleting the old attendee and adding a new attendee is the best way to change the attendee.
