I am purchasing “test” tickets. I checked out, entered payment, and when I his “Proceed to Finalize Registration” I receive and error message that says, “Session Request Error: User is Inactive”. I checked-out very quickly. Please help asap, we have an 500 + event this week. Thanks!
Was the error message shown after attempting to send a test payment via the Vanco gateway? The reason I ask is because they set a $3 transaction minimum.
If you have a new subaccount from Vanco then you can check with a member of the Client Services team at Vanco to see if there are updates to your Client ID, User ID, Password, and Encryption Key for that sub-account.
