Hi,
I have an issue with registration forms.
Example: http://www.mediaroad.eu/archives/events/test-event-01
I created an event on my page and when I try to register (I fill in all the fields in the registration form and then click on Proceed to Finalize Registration), I get an error message:
> Chrome: This page isn’t working. [website address] redirected too many times.
> Firefox: This page isn’t redirecting properly.
This happens on all browsers and on all types of devices and operating systems (both desktop/laptop and on mobile; Windows, iOS and Android).
I tried clearing all cookies in all browsers, but it didn’t help.
I found a similar topic on the forum where this kind of issue was linked to permalinks (https://eventespresso.com/topic/error-the-page-isnt-redirecting-properly/). In my case, the permalinks structure is different: I use Numeric and not Custom.
Could you please help me with this issue?

Hi Paulina,
I just ran a couple of test registrations on your site and didn’t run into any problems, do you still see the above?
Looking at your site you don’t appear to be user numeric parmalinks, it looks like postname. Have you recently changed that?

I sorted it out. It was my cache plugin that was causing the bug.
