Currently we switched back to the old method of csv output. With upgrading at first, there was no csv file at all. After upgrading EE4 that problem was solved but the output stull has problems: diacritics are not rendered correctly, the file opens directly in excel and all content appears in 1 column. Kind regards, |
Hi Sya, I would highly recommend contacting your host and request they update the version of PHP running on the server. PHP 5.3.X is End Of Life (EOL) and so your host should update the very least the latest version 5.3 but it would be much better to update to a newer version of PHP such as 5.6.XX
Did you do this using:
Within wp-config.php? |

I will contact the hosting provider. And yes I did put that line of code in the wp-config.php Kind regards, |
Ok, can you send me a copy of the broken CSV please? I would recommend creating a test event, add some dummy registrations to that event and run the export. Then send that to support[at]eventespresso.com |

Tnx. I will do that. I’m waiting for the provider to upgrade so that after that testing can be done with the latest php version. |

Upgrading the php version to PHP 5.6 (5.6.9) seems to work for the ” tokens. They are gone now. Diacritics are rendered correctly and you the file opens nicely in columns. One little thing still renders strange: the & sign is translated to html: & instead of &. Any idea what causes this since every other sign is now rendered normal? |
Hi Sya, There was a bug in 4.8.30 with rendering the & character contained in the answers to registration form questions, which was fixed in one of the later versions. |
