Problem renewing licence & checkout

Hi there,
my client wanted to renew his business licence and also get the addon for seating. Unfortunately we did the transaction the wrong way round, apparently – we first purchased the add-on, then tried to hit the Renew button for the licence – we are presented with a 300$ bill instead of 35% off from 179, as it adds the Seating add-on automatically.

Our intentions were to renew the business licence and add the seating addon to be valid from Dec 13 2013 until dec 13 2014. (we don’t need the seating add-on before january anyway).

Please help to get that sorted out.

just to clarify:
we completed the checkout for the Addon, so we were already charged for it; then we went on to complete the business licence renewal.
