I have just installed the printable ticket addon and check about the settings which looks ok in the ticket and ticket notice.
I made a test and cannot get the “print your tickets” to work
->a message is generated on the web page that opens
“L’itinéraire demandé ee-txn-tickets-approved-url n’a pas pu être mis en correspondance avec des modules enregistrés.”
Seems there is something not registered correctly in the addon.
It sounds like your email client is stripping away or adding to the tickets link. If you go to Event Espresso > Messages and view the email in the activity list, does the link work there?
