Just upgraded to EE4 and all the receipts sent to customers lead back to home page and no tickets on the page. What step am I missing?

Also, we sold 800+ tickets that are valid for ANY event throughout 2016 and those seem to have disappeared during the transfer too.

Please help or offer direction
Thanks!

Hi there,

Just upgraded to EE4 and all the receipts sent to customers lead back to home page and no tickets on the page. What step am I missing?

Can you post an example so we can view this please?

Also, we sold 800+ tickets that are valid for ANY event throughout 2016 and those seem to have disappeared during the transfer too.

The options for a ticket to be valid across any event was not available within EE3.

How did you set that up?

This is the link that is in the automated email sent to me when I ordered tickets.

http://www.jesterzimprov.com/?ee=ee-txn-tickets-url&token=1-527e51d922a4571f28a703476575f15c

But it brings me to my home page: http://www.jesterzimprov.com

and second: We sold “Gift certificates” that had a start date of Jan 1 and an end date of Dec. 31. They print that out and bring to any event.

Since the event hasn’t ended, it’s still an open event and can’t be edited. But all the links to print are directing me to the home page, like above.

Hmm, I’ll need to run some testing on an event with the same setup to see what is happening with those gift certificates.

For the tickets, does the event have a ticket assigned to it?

If you use the link within the admin (Event Espresso -> Registrations -> Ticket icon in ‘actions’) does that show the ticket correctly? This is the icon I’m referring to – http://take.ms/81bJQ

Also, did you create a full site backup before the migration?
