In our event – we have different pricing options for Sponsors/Adults/youth. The sponsor option allows two adults and 1 youth. We have different question groups: personal information, address etc.
What is the best way to setup “Sponsor” pricing/ticket within EE event creation? Ideally, we would like the sponsor option to be able to enter information about upto 2 adults and 1 youth.
We do not expect any “sponsor” to request more than 1-ticket at a time, but Adult and Youth may be combined into a single ticket – for example a family of two with a kid. What is the best option to setup this in EE?

Hi, in Event Espresso attendee information is requested for each ticket option. Setting up a specific pricing option won’t allow you to collect information for multiple attendees. For example this won’t work:
ABC pricing option = collect 3 registrations
This will work:
ABC pricing option x quantity of 3 = collection 3 registrations

Ok, I have added an additional “textarea” field to capture additional attendees information. This would work for us. Thanks.
