We are using latest version of event espresso with Event Espresso – Chase Paymentech Orbital (EE 4.9.26+) version Version 1.0.0.p, started receiving error “precondition failed security information is missing” on checkout page after entering card payment details, any ideas why it is happening?

Hi there,

That error is usually related to an account issue. May I ask when was the certification completed with Chase?
