We have been using pre-approval option of Event espresso for the past few months and from today morning on-wards this option is missing. Not sure, why this happened. Any idea where I need to check?
Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Under ‘Optional Event Settings’ can you check if ‘Enable attendee pre-approval feature?’ is set to ‘Yes’. If not change the setting and Save the settings. The feature should then be available within the event editor.
Great!! That worked. Do you know why this could have happened. Also our editor is all blank. It used to show at least HTML code not the visual editor, now both are blank. I have bought the support token. Please help.
I took a look and it looks to me that the settings from the Event Espresso>General Options page got reset. I don’t know how that would have happened though. Do you have a recent backup of the database that you can send to support@eventespresso.com so we can look into restoring what was there before?
