We have various events throughout our province, all of which have the same registration form parameters.
We do use the calendar to have people find their event and then register, but for some people, locating the events spread over many months has sometimes been problematic.
We wondered if it was possible to have a single registration form with a drop down listing all events of a particular category.
We have a series of events in all different locations, all of which have the same registration form fields, and we wondered if it’s possible to have a single registration form that offers the locations/dates as a drop down to choose one.
These “events” are actually courses, and we’re already using the multi-date feature within each event to list the dates of the course classes, so we wouldn’t be able to use multi-date for the purposes I described above.
The way that EE4 works is they have to select an event by selecting a ticket or set a ticket quantity in the ticket selector form, then it will take them to the registration form.
Since you mentioned that locating the events spread over many months has sometimes been problematic, you might also use the Events table template to display a list of events. That might be easier for them to find the event they are looking for.
