Hi – some of my events will be morning and afternoon, but need users to choose if they want to book morning only, or morning and afternoon, or afternoon only
There will be an attendee limit for both so need to ensure if someone is coming for morning and afternoon, they are marked for both. But if they come for morning only, then there is available space in afternoon .
Is something like this possible?

Hi,
There isnt something that will give you exactly what you want here.
2 options,
1) Use the “Use registration limits on time slots?” (experimental!) option in the General Settings and set different ticket types for morning or afternoon. Problme with this is even though you can add a ticket type morning&afternoon (both) it will only deduct 1 attendee from the count.
2) Set up 2 events, one for morning and one for afternoon. This will enable you to correctly limit the events, but requires the user to sign up twice. Multiple Event Registration add on will help here as they can add both to cart, but there will still be some duplication.
