Hi,

I just wanted to know what are your plans towards WPML plugin compatibility, as multilanguage events is a strong requirement for our clients.

Thank you,
Hodei

Hi Hodei,

Officially we don’t support WPML at this time, we would like to support it in the future, but if it is critical for your events right now EE isn’t going to work without customizations.

I only realised after I purchased it and made some tests. What a pitty!

I hope you can address that demand soon.

Thank you anyway.

PD: is there anyway I can cancel the subscription and get a refund for this case?

You would need to contact our sales team to request a refund, they can asses your account and go from there, you can do that here:

Just to note to work around WPML, some users have used WordPress MultiSite to create multiple sites, each with a different language.

Going multisite for that it’s a bit mess and then in-event ticket scanning would be chaotic.

Thank you for your answers anyway!
