Hi,
On the Congratulations page after payment done, View Full Order Receipt does not work.When click on “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” it shows empty screen.
Please help on this.

Hi Cathy,
Can you link us to one of your events so we can investigate this please?
You may need to enable WP_DEBUG on the site to see what error (if any) is being thrown on that page.

Hi,
I enable wp_debug and also i placed “allow_url_fopen=on” in php.ini file.

when i clicked on “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” data not displaying, only i am getting empty screen as http://prntscr.com/6txn9m without any errors.Please help on this.

Can you link us to one of your events so we can investigate this please?
Do the Invoices also fail?
‘allow_url_fopen=on’ within php.ini only works if your host has not disabled it.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages.
Within the list of messengers do you see a Receipt message type? Like this – http://take.ms/kta4L
If you click the Purchaser recipient link, do you see something like this – http://take.ms/NmOpA
Or just blank input boxes?
