Hi,

Can you provide the exact error (if any) that you are getting?

What sort of image are you using(jpg, png, etc)?

Does the image have any transparent areas?

Have you checked the image url in the settings to make sure there are no spaces before or after it?

Hi Dean,

I tried jpg & png, so transparency isn’t the issue (I think). There are no spaces.

The error message is:
Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /homepages/[hidden part]/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/class/fpdf/fpdf.php on line 1208

Warning: getimagesize([site]/images/logo-small.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /homepages/[hidden part]/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/class/fpdf/fpdf.php on line 1208
FPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: [site]/images/logo-small.jpg

If URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration by the server admin for security reasons, then you will need to use file paths instead for the logos on the pdf and tickets.
