PDF Invoice Not Generating

Hello,

For my latest events, clicking ‘Download Transaction Invoice’ does not generate a complete PDF invoice. The only dynamic information included on it is date, transaction ID, status, event name, and grand total. Ticket information, attendee information, etc. is all missing. Also, I did a test transaction on this event, and my information is pulling through, but not for any other registrant’s. Can you please offer any insight on this?

Hi,

Could you let us know where you are trying to download a PDF from?

If this is through the WordPress admin, then this will retrieve different information than the thank you page.

This is through the WordPress admin transactions section.

Alright, the invoice should be the same then.

Could you double-check that this event has not been trashed or deleted?
