For my latest events, clicking ‘Download Transaction Invoice’ does not generate a complete PDF invoice. The only dynamic information included on it is date, transaction ID, status, event name, and grand total. Ticket information, attendee information, etc. is all missing. Also, I did a test transaction on this event, and my information is pulling through, but not for any other registrant’s. Can you please offer any insight on this?
Could you double-check that this event has not been trashed or deleted?
