PDF invoice not displaying in event espresso

I am unable to download the invoice. The error message that is recieved is:
FPDF error: Unsupported image type: com

When I click on the icon to download the invoice, I receive this error message:
FPDF error: Unsupported image type: com

Hi there,

Are you using a PNG for your logo image? If it has a transparency layer in the image then the version FPDF included in EE3 does not support it and you’ll get the above error.

Try using a JPG or a PNG without transparency, does it work then?

You can find the setting for the Logo URL in:

Event Espresso -> Payment settings -> Invoice Payment Settings -> Logo URL.

We are unable to download the PDF invoice from event espresso. The message that we receive is FPDF error: Unsupported image type: com

Hi,

The first thing to check is the PDF settings in Event Espresso > Payment Settings > Invoice Payment Settings. The logo URL field there must be a valid URL to a jpg or similar file. If the URL there ends with .com then that’s not a valid URL to an image file.
