PDF invoice – add Business Name

How do I add Business Name to the invoice (taken from an address question group)?

The first step would be to modify the SQL query on line 35 of gateways/invoice/template.php in order to retrieve the answer to the question from the database. Then insert that data into the invoice template around line 115.
