Paypal Standard Payments integration isn't processing transactions

We starts facing issue with paypal standard payments, getting the message “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” when redirecting to paypal for payment.
Paypal guy suggess the modification as per the below link:

I upgraded the EE all plugins to latest but the issue still same. Please try to resolve soon, we are losing business.

You’ll actually need to resolve this by changing your PayPal settings because PayPal no longer will accept an insecure image URL with PayPal standard payments. You can go to EE > Payment Methods and remove what’s in the image URL field or change the URL so it starts with https.

Also, we do recommend switching over to use the PayPal Express integration to avoid the issues that happen with PayPal Standard. You can use your same PayPal account with PayPal Express. Here’s a guide that shows how to get your PayPal Express API credentials:
