The attendees are receiving a shipped email notification through Paypal. Do you have an idea how to turn that off? THis is an event and there is no shippiung

Hi,
Can you make sure that in the Event Espresso > Payment Settings > PayPal options, that Shipping Address Options is set to Do not prompt for an address.
If the shipped email notification still goes out then it will be a setting within your PayPal account itself.

Yes that is set to Do not prompt and I am having trouble finding the setting Paypal to change. Thanks
