im getting 10501 error using paypal pro

everything is in place:
forced https pages
paypal business account verified
espresso site key set

please help

According to this (https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/) that error occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive. Make sure that you have accepted the “PayPal Payments Pro” agreement in your PayPal account after you have been approved by PayPal for PayPal Payments Pro.
