When we try and use our test cards we get the following errors.
Attention: Your transaction was declined for the following reason(s):
Error Code: 10747
Short Message: Invalid IP
Short Message: The IP Address provided is invalid.
Severity Code: Warning
Error Code: 10548
Short Message: Invalid Configuration
Short Message: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.
Severity Code: Error
Starting with your IP address issue, does your server have an ipv4 or ipv6 address?
Usually, when I see the above it’s because the server is using ipv6 and PayPal does not support ipv6.

That error is thrown when you are attempting to use an integration method that is not enabled on you PayPal account.
You’ve mentioned you are using PayPal Pro so does the account you are testing with have Website payment pro enabled on it? You’ll only get the above error if not.
You mentioned your testing the account on other plugins, are they also using the same integration method or PayPal Standard/Checkout integrations?

Looks like it’s a hardcoded value to display which hasn’t been updated, you can use any valid date on the test cards.
