Hi – I have an event registration running live right now. People register on the Event Espresso page on my site – then are directed to Paypal to make a payment. I am receiving payments, but there the registrations to match aren’t there. This is pretty important and something is going wrong. Could someone help me as soon as possible please.
Your registrations appear to be working correctly, I just ran a test registration but cancelled payment at PayPal and was directed back to view my registration. This would normally mean the registrations are getting through the expected steps.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations, can you view my registration? (Under my name)

I am disabling the cache through GoDaddy – hopefully this is part of the solution.
Is this through an option or have you contacted GoDaddy themselves to do this?
The reason I ask is when we have contacted GoDaddy previously to see if server side caching can be disabled we have always been told its not possible, which means that hosting package can not be used with EE, see here:
