PayPal Payments Marked as Incomplete

Hello,

I have been having an issue on my website “lospoblanos.com” where customer registrations are marked as “Incomplete” event though they have paid in PayPal. I’m using EE version 4.8.18.p. What could the issue be?

Hi Ian,

Does this happen for all registrations that used PayPal?

Can you log into your PayPal and check that IPN’s are enabled on the account and also that your account uses the correct encoding.
