PayPal Payment

Hi there,
I am using event espresso for my website to allow people to register to an event. http://www.extremeconference.com
When the registrants get to the payment method Paypal does not appear as an option. I have added all the details of our Paypal account in the payment settings.
As well when a credit card is used it bounces back saying declined. Urgent help would be great as we are trying to get many people registered.

Hi Daniel,

It looks like PayPal is there. You are using PayPal Pro which take credit cards directly on your site. If you want the user to be able to pay offsite at PayPal itself, you need to activate the PayPal standard.

If you are saying that you HAVE already activated both PayPal and PayPal Pro, we will need login details to examine it further. You can send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Declined credit cards are usually declined for a reason: invalid date, card number, security code number, or another reason. Have you made sure the card details are definitely correct?
