PayPal not redirecting to Thank You page

This is all set up according to the documentation, but at the end of the transaction, the visitor is left on the PayPal page. The transaction goes through and the confirmation email is sent…so not sure why?

Hi Malcolm,

Are you currently using Sandbox test credentials or live credentials?

Unless something has changed recently PayPal live should auto return by default (sandbox does not) however you can check if its enabled by logging into PayPal, go to Profile then ‘Website Payment Preferences’.

Within those settings you will find Auto Return, ensure that is enabled.

Ahhh…we are using Sandbox to test out some changes…so that explains it.
