Hello – I have written in about this issue before, and it has not been resolved. It’s really important for our bookkeeping.
When someone purchases a ticket via paypal, the Event name for the ticket purchased no longer shows up on the notification email or the running paypal history when we log into paypal.
A dev at EE said this issue was being worked on and sent us a link describing how to get the transaction details when you download a report or send to quickbooks. It is here:
This version is being tested internally and will be released later this month.
