When registering and choosing PayPal, I’m taken to a page that says “IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PAYMENT. After clicking ‘Finalize Registration’, you will be forwarded to PayPal website to make your payment. If you are not automatically redirected to the payment website within 10 seconds… ”
This page does not automatically forward to PayPal, I have to click the button manually. The registration is also set to “Abandoned” in the back end.
Any ideas why this is happening? I have correct credentials and IPN set per other support docs.

Hi there,
The redirect is done using JavaScript, if your site trows any JS errors (which it currently is) it prevents any other JS from running on the page – http://take.ms/KA5Mv
You site is currently loading its own version of jQuery from the googleapis CDN rather than using the current version provided with WordPress, that is likely the cause of the problem.
Try disabling the jQuery updater plugin you currently have active and retest if you get the same error.

Thank you very much for the help. I disabled the google ajax lib in the theme and it’s working correctly.
