I see that I’m not the only person experiencing this issue today. The problem started yesterday. The payments fails when it gets to PayPal. It’s happening on 2 sites I run. Nothing has changed on the sites or the server. I did update everything on the sites today but still getting the error. The URL for the error page looks like this .. https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=893942cf367a9&code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR&mfid=1505235187840_893942cf367a9

Hi Paul,

We recommend switching over to use the PayPal Express integration to avoid the issues that happen with PayPal Standard. You can use your same PayPal account with PayPal Express. Here’s a guide that shows how to get your PayPal Express API credentials:

Any reason why it suddenly started happening yesterday?

I’m not certain but PayPal may have changed how they handle validation for transactions sent in for PayPal Standard.
