Hello, one some registrations the paypal ipn is working fine but on others it shows their payment status as incomplete even though when I check within paypal they have paid? |

Hi Donato, Does it show incomplete indefinitely or if you look at the registration now does it show complete? |

For the ones that work fine, there is a green checkmark but for the ones that arent working right it is a red X. |

It sometimes takes a bit of time, sometimes several hours for PayPal to post a response to the server. Another possibility is that PayPal sent a response back to your server, but the response bounced or the server was unresponsive for a short period of time, therefore not capturing the data from PayPal. You can also view your PayPal Instant Payment Notification history and/or try resending the IPN notifications by logging into your PayPal account, then visit this URL: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-ipns-history You should see something like this: |

ok the other weird thing that happend was after someone registered, they went back to the site and it said their registration was cancelled? (although it wasnt) |

Hi Donato, That will occur if the registrant/attendee clicks on the cancel link over on PayPal.com. That will take them back to your site and show them a registration cancelled screen. — |
