We’re experiencing an issue with Paypal Commerce’s checkout after we’ve applied a payment to a transaction. In some cases, a user will have a ‘credit’ from a cancelled event that we apply to a new registration through the admin interface.
Although the Amount Owing on the payment reminder email and EE checkout page are correct, the amount charged by Paypal reflects the transaction Total regardless of previous payments. See Screenshots below:
