Payments, webpage shows the payment is successful but actually not

After the payment, the user complains they get successfully paid webpage but when we login into the database, the payment_status column as “Incomplete”. This happens only in a few cases not for everyone. Most of the cases go through fine. Only for 3 or 4 cases in a week we through this issue. Please help. We are using Event Espresso 3.1.36.P and WordPress 4.4

We are using Paypal Pro.

This sounds like an issue that’s caused by caching.

Hello, who is your hosting provider?

Some hosts have built-in caching or there may be caching via a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc.
