After the payment, the user complains they get successfully paid webpage but when we login into the database, the payment_status column as “Incomplete”. This happens only in a few cases not for everyone. Most of the cases go through fine. Only for 3 or 4 cases in a week we through this issue. Please help. We are using Event Espresso 3.1.36.P and WordPress 4.4
Some hosts have built-in caching or there may be caching via a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc.
