We are trying to sell tickets to our next event in 2 weeks and payments are getting declined by stripe but the page link to Paypal is not working (just hangs). This is a nightmare and I need to establish what is wrong with the platform. Please reply to my personal email shelley@scaleforetail.com
I’ve just run a quick test registration on one of your events and first selected PayPal to pay, which directed me straight over to PayPal’s server (as expected) to complete payment.
At that point I click cancel and returned back to the checkout, then selects the Stripe payment method and input a test card number, Stripe declined stating it was a test card (again expected).
May I ask what happens with PayPal when you test it?
What does Stripe show as the decline reason for your other registrations?
Currently the site is running a fairly old version of EE4, is there something preventing you from updating?
