We can help you get this sorted out. Can you let us know which payment method you’re using? Also, can you find out which version of Event Espresso 4 you have installed, and whether your website is on a shared hosting plan?
Can you let us know which payment method you’re using? If more than one payment method, can you find the payment method used in the transaction in question?
Is it PayPal Express or PayPal Standard? If it’s PayPal Standard, you should switch over to PayPal Express because PayPal Standard is deprecated and no longer going to be supported. You can use your same PayPal account with PayPal Express. We have a guide that shows how to get your PayPal Express credentials from your PayPal account:
If you’re still using PayPal Standard, that’s more than likely the cause.
