Hello-
I am currently using WordPress 4.0.1 running upScale2 – Child theme and I have Version 4.4.6.p installed. I appear to be having issues when trying to processes payments of transactions over $1000. The below error occurs.

An error has occurred:
Errors occurred communicating with Mijireh: Uh oh, something bad happened! We’ve been notified of the issue and will try to resolve it shortly..
EED_Single_Page_Checkout – _finalize_payment_options – 1688

Thanks in advance!

Hi Heather, I was able to verify this issue and I’ve sent a report to the development team. I’ll update this support post tomorrow when I have more information on why this is occurring.

Awesome! But when I attempted to update the plugin I received this error:

You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

When I check my account it shows that my Support License Key is active on my website.

Thanks in Advance!

Hello-
I Followed the steps provided by your team to reactivate my support license key and it still doesn’t allow for the automatic update for Event Espresso 4. Could you please help me with this?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi, I think this is occurring as there is a dev version running that had the early version of the fix.

Could you send an email here?

support [at] eventespresso.com

We’ll then re-install the latest version for you.
